Email support@marsoole.me. Include your username, the city you're in, and (for bugs) the iOS version and a screenshot if you can.

Report a safety concern

Tap the menu on any listing, message, or user profile to report abuse, fraud, or harassment. Reports are private to our moderation team.

Delete your account

Open Marsoole → SettingsDelete account. We immediately remove your profile, listings, and ads; chat history is anonymised but retained for the other participant. See Privacy Policy for the full retention table.

Common questions

Is Marsoole free?

Yes. There are no fees for listings, applications, room tours, or parcel bookings. We may charge advertisers for sponsored placements in the future.

Why is my listing only visible in one city?

Marsoole scopes most listings to your city (with a 100 mi radius). Trips have a wider 500 mi radius since travelers connect distant places.

Can I use Marsoole outside the listed cities?

We currently support major Farsi-speaking hubs. If you don't see your city, email us — we'll add it when there's enough demand.

How are users verified?

Phone verification provides a verified badge today; we're adding optional government-ID verification for higher-trust transactions (parcel delivery, etc.).
